Refund & Cancellation Policy

Strict NO REFUND Policy for Digital Products

Because our products are **digital goods (PDF Downloads)**, they cannot be "returned" once they are downloaded or accessed. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the payment is successful and the digital product link has been generated or emailed to you.

Exceptions (Payment Failures)

The only exception to this policy is in the case of a payment gateway error where:

• Your bank account/card was charged, but you did not receive the download link on the success page or via email.
• Multiple charges were made for a single transaction due to a technical glitch.

If you experience any of the above, please email us immediately at studyadda.site@gmail.com with your Transaction ID. If verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
